Welcome to the Energy Suppliers for Lighting store. By using this store and completing a purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which comply with the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law, its Executive Regulations, and the Consumer Protection Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

First: Definitions

• The Store: Refers to the website or platform belonging to Energy Suppliers for Lighting Company.

• The Customer/Consumer: Any natural or legal person who purchases or orders products through the Store.

• The Products: All goods and items displayed for sale within the Store.

Second: Use of the Store

1. The Customer commits to using the Store in a lawful manner and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. All data and information entered by the Customer must be correct, accurate, and complete. The Customer bears full responsibility for any errors arising from providing incorrect information.

3. The Store reserves the right to modify or update prices, products, or specifications at any time without prior notice. However, no modifications will apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Third: Orders, Payment, and Refunds

1. An order is confirmed immediately upon completion of the payment process and once the Customer receives a confirmation notification from the Store.

2. All displayed prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the legally approved percentage, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. The Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an unintended pricing error or product unavailability, with the Store committing to refund the full amount paid by the Customer without any deductions.

4. Refund Policy: In the event of a valid order cancellation or an accepted return, the amount will be refunded to the Customer using the same original payment method within a period ranging from (7 to 14) business days, depending on the policy of the card-issuing bank.

Fourth: Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the city, geographical location, and product availability. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed to the Customer before completing the payment process.

2. The Store is not responsible for any delays beyond its control resulting from emergency circumstances, force majeure, or delays caused by shipping companies.

3. The Customer is obligated to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the delivery address and contact number. The Customer shall bear any additional costs in the event of reshipping due to incorrect data.

Fifth: Returns and Exchanges

1. The Customer has the right to request a return within (7) days, and an exchange within (10) days from the date of receiving the product.

2. To accept a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, inside its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

3. Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges (in accordance with the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce Law):

   • Products that have been manufactured, modified, cut, or prepared based on the Customer's request and specific specifications (such as custom-cut LED strips or tailored lighting fixtures).

   • Products that exhibit a defect due to poor possession, improper storage, or incorrect installation by the consumer.

   • Consumable products that have been opened, used, or whose original packaging has been damaged.

4. The Customer bears all shipping and delivery fees for returns or exchanges, unless the reason for the return is a confirmed manufacturing defect in the product.

Sixth: Warranty

1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, according to the specific duration specified for each product on its respective page.

2. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from:

   • Misuse or utilization of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

   • Faulty installation or electrical connections that do not comply with standard specifications.

   • Tampering, unauthorized modifications, or external maintenance not approved for the product.

Seventh: Liability

1. The Store is not liable for any material or operational damages resulting from improper installation or incorrect use of the products.

2. The responsibility for correct installation and ensuring compatibility with electrical voltage and safety requirements rests entirely on the Customer or the specialized technician performing the installation.

Eighth: Privacy and Data Protection

1. The Store is committed to maintaining the privacy of customer data and will not share it with any third party except within the limits required to execute the order (such as shipping companies and payment gateways) or in compliance with legal laws and regulations in the Kingdom.

2. The Store may use contact data to send order updates or promotional offers, while providing an option for the Customer to opt out at any time.

Ninth: Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, as well as their interpretation and application, are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts and judicial bodies shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from them.

Tenth: Amendments

The Store reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Customer's continued use of the Store after the publication of any amendments constitutes explicit acceptance of them.
