Exchanges

Products may be exchanged if:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• A manufacturing defect is found.

Photos may be requested before approving the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used or installed products.

• Products damaged due to misuse.

• Products damaged after delivery by the customer.

• Custom-made or specially ordered products, unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

• Products that are incomplete or not in their original condition.

Damaged During Shipping

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the product and its packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error or a defective product, MKN will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
